Pecos Law Group attorneys Shann Winesett and Jack Fleeman recently completed multi-day training to become Clark County Family Court approved parenting coordinators.
As approved parenting coordinators, Mr. Winesett and Mr. Fleeman can now be appointed by our local family court judges to preside as special masters over certain types of child custody matters. Typically, these child custody matters are those in which parents have been unable to co-parent effectively in the past.
Mr. Winesett and Mr. Fleeman have significant experience in family law, and they understand the importance of efficient dispute resolution when dealing with high conflict families. As such, they will approach each case with the goal of working with parents to help them reach mutual agreements on their parenting issues. Then, in instances where parents are unable or unwilling to reach agreements, Mr. Winesett and Mr. Fleeman will rely on their experience and knowledge in family law to make decisions that are in line with the children’s best interests and the existing court orders.
Mr. Winesett and Mr. Fleeman’s listing as court approved parenting coordinators is another example of the Pecos Law Group attorneys’ dedication to family law and our community.
